Overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We found crumbs on the floor and the bathroom could have used a thorough cleaning. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. We appreciated the convenient location, though.

When we checked in the young man said the new never used Forst Premier card would not go through! He questioned if it had been activated and it had! When we checked out we were not asked if we still wanted to use it. Our debit card was used without choice! If she had tried the credit card it would have gone through because of the error the first clerk made on Friday! The credit card company said the expiration date had been entered wrong when it was attempted to be used when we checked in on Friday! They need to pay more attention to detail snd communicate with the guest better! Bedford is my home I'm not sure I will use them again because of them again bc of this carelessness! Also on Satirday the breakfast items were nearly empty and I had to Hint the clerk who was out back smoking and tommy knowledge did not wash her hands before filling the waffle batter snd other items 45 minutes before the end of breakfast! Again attention to detail!

Room smelled bad. There was a lot of mold in the bath room around the tub. We had 6 rooms in total and we were scattered all over the motel. Next time we will look for a different place to stay.

My room was uncomfortably hot upon arrival. The air conditioning took far too long to cool the room down. To make matters worse, I found weeds and poison oak obstructing the stairwell, which posed a safety hazard. This was completely unacceptable, and I expected more from this hotel.

I appreciated the clean, comfy room and the friendly staff who were attentive to our needs. The nearby Peaks of Otter Winery and Falling Creek Park offered lovely activities for a wonderful getaway.

The King Room was spacious and allowed for a relaxing environment. The staff stood out, being both attentive to specific requests. Enjoyed the lovely view of the surrounding area.

The pool area lacked regular maintenance, which detracted from our overall enjoyment.

Fine stay, as always. Amiable staff, great services, and favourable location not far from main highway and rail tracks, another outlet that worked and Day Memorial. Recently refurbished rooms, overlooking mountain. Bathtubs in the bathroom.

Continental breakfast could better well maintained and have more offerings.

We loved that the room was clean and comfy. We went to Peaks of Otter Winery and Falling Creek Park, both fun spots. The staff was super helpful and kind. Just keep in mind that the pool could use a bit of sprucing up and the smoky smell was a bit off in our non-smoking room.

Overfilled 208.90 for 2 nights plus no show fee of 75 dollars for a two night reservation. Ralph not friendly at all. They are not kind to people who book through Booked.net. 3/days later, my checking account us still in negative.
